Connect to Our Zoom Meetings

CONNECT TO OUR ZOOM PRAYER MEETINGS - VIA ZOOM APP:

OR CALL IN WITH YOUR TELEPHONE:

1. DOWNLOAD ZOOM HERE.

The Zoom App is available for most devices
(i.e. mobile phone, desktop computer, laptop, tablet, iPad, etc).

2. CONNECT TO OUR MEETING

2a). Open the Zoom App.
2b). Click Join a Meeting.
2c). Enter the Meeting ID. Click Join.
2d). Enter the Passcode. Click OK.

See below.

3. JOIN AUDIO

3a). Click/tap your screen to see the icons at the bottom
(if you don't hear the meeting in progress).

3b). Click the Join Audio icon.

3c). Click Call Over Internet.
Note: You should be able to hear the meeting now.

4. MUTE OR UNMUTE YOUR MIC

4a). Click/tap your screen to see the icons at the bottom.

4b). Click the Mute icon to mute your microphone.
Note: Meeting participants cannot hear you now.

4c). Click the Unmute icon to unmute your microphone.
Note: Meeting participants can hear you now.

5. TURN YOUR CAMERA ON OR OFF

5a). Click/tap your screen to see the icons at the bottom.

5b). Click the Start Video icon to turn on your camera.
Note: Meeting participants can see you now.

5c). Click the Stop Video icon to turn off your camera.
Note: Meeting participants cannot see you now.

7. HOW TO CALL IN WITH YOUR TELEPHONE

ZOOM meetings can be accessed from ANY regular telephone.
1. Call the Local Dial-In Number 647-374-4685 (Toronto, Canada).
2. You’ll hear: “Welcome to ZOOM. Enter your Meeting ID, followed by #.”
Using your telephone keypad, enter the 9-Digit Meeting ID
510 794 0470. Then, press #.
3. Next you will hear: “Enter your participant ID, followed by #”
– this is not necessary, simply press #.
4. Lastly, you will hear: “Enter the meeting passcode”, which is 10, then press #.
You are now in the Zoom meeting. Congrats!
5. MUTE your phone when not sharing by pressing
the MUTE button on your telephone keypad.
Muting your phone, is the same as not talking during a meeting.
It cuts down on interference and background noise.
To talk, UNMUTE your phone, by pressing the MUTE button again.
